Alex is a Project Manager at the Nuclear Innovation Alliance, where he works on regulatory and policy reform to enable advanced nuclear innovation to mitigate climate change. His nuclear research focus includes international harmonization for nuclear licensing, nuclear liability, and technological innovation. He is also a non-Resident Fellow at the Payne Institute for Public Policy at the Colorado School of Mines, where he conducts research on energy markets, climate policy, and outer space governance. Alex has a Master of Energy Regulation and Law from Vermont Law School and a B.A. in International Relations and Environmental Studies from Lake Forest College.
