Tobias Gibson

Tobias T. Gibson is associate professor of Political Science and Security Studies Program Director at Westminster College, in Fulton, MO. His research focuses on institutional design, executive power, and national and homeland security law. His work has appeared in numerous outlets, including the recently released Case Studies in Homeland Security. He recently attended the National Security Law Institute, hosted by the Center for National Security at the University of Virginia Law School. He earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis in 2006. He joined the faculty at Westminster College in 2009.
