Eirini Giannopoulou (LinkedIn) is a Ph.D. student in Public Policy (International Affairs) at the New School for Social Research. Her research focuses on the political economy of conflict resolution and the privatization of migration governance.

Eirini served as the Pact Monitoring Project Fellow for the Global Governance Innovation Report 2026, co-developing a monitoring framework for the implementation of the Pact for the Future. She is a Researcher at the Center for Mediterranean, Middle East and Islamic Studies and a Student Fellow at the Zolberg Institute on Migration and Mobility. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Athens and an M.Sc. in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS, University of London.
