Lauren Gazzola

Lauren Gazzola is a longtime animal rights activist who served 40 months in federal prison on “animal enterprise terrorism” charges. She is the author of “Bad Things Happened: Metaphorical Fingerprints, Constellations of Evidence, and ‘Guilt for Association,’” about her case, in the Vermont Law Review. Lauren works at the Center for Constitutional Rights and recently completed studies for an M.A. through Antioch University in the Law, History, and Philosophy of Free Speech and the First Amendment . Follow her on Twitter @LaurenGazzola
