Lawrence Friedman (@LFriedmanNEL) teaches Constitutional Law, Information Privacy Law, National Security Law, and State Constitutional Law at New England Law | Boston. In addition to co-writing The Case for Congress: Separation of Powers and the War on Terror (Routledge 2009) with Victor Hansen, he has written treatises on the New Hampshire and Massachusetts constitutions and, most recently, the second edition of Modern Constitutional Law (Wolters Kluwer 2018).
