Amber Frankland

Amber Frankland is a research assistant with the Alliance for Securing Democracy at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Her research focuses primarily on Russia and information operations, and she contributes to weekly reporting on Russia, China, and Iran’s state media and diplomat activity collected on ASD’s Hamilton 2.0 dashboard. She holds an M.A. in Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies from Stanford University and a B.A. in Russian and East European Studies and Linguistics from the University of Chicago.
