Eugene R. Fidell

Eugene R. Fidell teaches Military Justice at Yale Law School and is of counsel at Feldesman LLP.  A past President of the National Institute of Military Justice, he served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Coast Guard and is a co-author of Military Justice: Cases and Materials (Carolina Academic Press 5th ed. 2027) (forthcoming).
