Sean Fahey

Commander Sean Fahey, United States Coast Guard, is currently assigned as the Associate Director for the Law of Maritime Operations at the United States Naval War College’s Stockton Center for the Study of International Law. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of International Law Studies.
