Erin Bijl

Erin Bijl is a Senior Project Officer within the Protection of Civilians program at PAX, the largest peace organization in the Netherlands. She conducts research and advocacy on civilian harm mitigation and response. Recent publications include the book On Civilian Harm, the report “After the Strike” (on the direct and reverberating civilian harm effects of the 2015 OIR strike on Hawija, Iraq), and a report on civilian harm reporting mechanisms.
