Michael Eisner (@Mikeyeis) is General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN).  He is a former Attorney Adviser at the U.S. State Department and Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Home Care program. He is the author of the novel “The Crusader,” published by Doubleday. He graduated from Yale College and Yale Law School, where he was the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of International Law.
