Jen Easterly

Jen Easterly (LinkedIn) was the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) during the Biden administration. Ms. Easterly was nominated by President Biden in April 2021 and unanimously confirmed by the Senate on July 12, 2021. As Director, Ms. Easterly lead CISA’s efforts to understand, manage, and reduce risk to the cyber and physical infrastructure Americans rely on every day.

Before that, Easterly was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Global Head of the Firm’s Cybersecurity Fusion Center, responsible for assessing, detecting, and responding to threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents that threats the Firm and its clients. She previously served as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Counterterrorism at the White House from 2013-2016.
