Caitlin Dearing Scott (@cdearingscott) is a Senior Manager with the International Republican Institute’s Center for Global Impact, where she oversees programming to bolster democracies from foreign authoritarian influence. She previously managed IRI’s democracy and governance programming in North Africa. Caitlin holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and International Studies from the College of New Jersey.
