Molly Claflin

Molly Claflin (@MMCinDC) is Chief Oversight Counsel at American Oversight. She previously served as counsel to the Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, where she was one of the primary investigators for the Committee’s probes into Russian interference in the 2016 election and potential obstruction of justice by President Trump, and into Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email practices. Before joining the Committee, Claflin practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where her practice focused on securities litigation and internal investigations. She received her law degree from Stanford Law School.
