Gregory Brew

Gregory Brew (@gbrew24) is a senior analyst at Eurasia Group where he covers Iran and the geopolitics of oil and gas. In addition, he is a non-resident fellow at the Middle East Institute. A historian of modern Iran, US foreign policy, and the international oil industry, his publications include Petroleum and Progress in Iran and The Struggle for Iran: Oil, Autocracy, and the Cold War, 1951-1954. He has published commentary and analysis in multiple outlets, including Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, War on the Rocks, TIME Magazine, the Washington Post, the LA Times, and others.
