Andrew Boyle has worked at international and internationalized tribunals including the Kosovo Specialist Prosecutor’s Office, the UN Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials, and the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. He has also worked on rule of law litigation and policy at the Brennan Center for Justice and States United Democracy Center. He clerked for a federal appellate judge, and has held fellowships at Harvard, Georgetown, and George Washington law schools.
