Mieczysław (Mietek) Boduszyński (LinkedIn) is Professor of Politics and International Relations at Pomona College in Claremont, California. He formerly served as a U.S. diplomat, policy advisor in the Pentagon, and foreign policy advisor to Representative Ted Lieu (D-CA-33). He is the author of “Regime Change in the Yugoslav Successor States: Divergent Paths Toward a New Europe” (Johns Hopkins 2010) and “U.S. Democracy Promotion in the Arab World: Beyond Interests vs. Ideals” (Lynne Rienner 2019). He is the co-author of a textbook on methods in politics and international relations, in addition to numerous articles, op-eds, and commentaries.
