W. Casey Biggerstaff

Major W. Casey Biggerstaff (@biggerstaff_wc) is a judge advocate in the U.S. Army currently assigned as a military professor in the Stockton Center for International Law at the U.S. Naval War College, where he co-teaches a course on the Law of Armed Conflict. He holds an LL.M. in Military Law from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School, a J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, an M.A. with distinction in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a B.A. with honors in Peace, War, and Defense and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also on LinkedIn.
