Elise Baker (@elise__baker) is a staff lawyer with the Atlantic Council’s Strategic Litigation Project, where her work focuses on accountability for atrocity crimes and human rights violations. She has previously worked on civil litigation at the Center for Justice and Accountability, documented attacks on health care in Syria with Physicians for Human Rights, and supported legal and investigative efforts at the UN’s International, Impartial and Independent Mechanism on Syria.
