Professor Kai Ambos is chair for criminal law, criminal procedure, comparative law, international criminal law, and international law at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, Germany; Director of the Study Center for Latin American Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law (CEDPAL) at the same University; Judge at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, The Hague; and Advisor (amicus curiae) of the Colombian Special Jurisdiction for Peace, Bogotá.
