He previously worked for the BBC Monitoring Service and the Institute of War and Peace Reporting in The Hague, Netherlands. From 2014 to 2020, Tajeldin was an analyst of war crimes in Syria and Iraq for the Commission for International Justice and Accountability (CIJA).
