Coverage on Just Security of the PCLOB Report

Yesterday, the PCLOB released its 238-page report (full text) on the NSA’s bulk telephony metadata collection program and the activities of the FISC.  In case you missed our coverage yesterday, be sure to check out our analysis and commentary on the report, which includes posts from Thomas Earnest, Jameel Jaffeer, and guest author Barry Friedman.  For a full range of the viewpoints on the report, we’d also recommend Paul Rosenzweig’s piece on Lawfare and Stewart Baker’s post on The Volkh Conspiracy.
