HAPPENING NOW: the Senate Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on the Report of the President’s Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technologies (the PRGICT Report).  Testifying today before the full committee are the Report Group members: Richard Clarke, Michael Morell, Geoffrey Stone, Cass Sunstein, and Peter Swire.

ICYMI, last week, Ryan, Steve, and I identified 10 lines of inquiry that we believe should be addressed by the Group members to help promote a robust and productive discussion surrounding the proposed recommendations and reforms for the NSA’s bulk surveillance programs.  The rest of Just Security‘s comprehensive analysis of PRGICT Report can be found here.
