Another Historic Moment in the Colombian Peace Process

Readers may be interested to note that yet another significant moment of agreement has occurred in the Colombian peace process. A historic breakthrough came yesterday in Havana regarding the right of victims to truth, justice, reparation, and non-repetition. More details to follow but the Spanish text can be accessed here.
