Martin Vladimirov

Martin Vladimirov (LinkedIn) is the Director of the Energy and Climate Program at the Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD), a European public policy institute, where he works on the geoeconomics of energy and economic security. For the past decade, Mr. Vladimirov also has explored the threat from malign economic influence from authoritarian countries like Russia and China, co-authoring the Kremlin Playbook series. Martin also manages the Energy and Climate Security Risk Index, and spearheads CSD’s work on strengthening the sanctions regime against Russia.
