Claudette Segura (LinkedIn) is a researcher and Peacebuilding Officer for Latin America at Global Network of Women Peacebuilders (GNWP). Claudette is a MS in Global Affairs from NYU’s Center for Global Affairs. Claudette previously worked as a Management Analyst for the City of Edinburg, Texas, and later provided executive support at the New York Jobs CEO Council, a coalition committed to hiring 100,000 low-income New Yorkers by 2030. In summer 2024, she served as a Graduate Consultant for Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Information and Civic Education, contributing to the country’s Civic Education Strategy. At NYU, Claudette was the Concentration Lead for the Development & Humanitarian Assistance Committee and a Bañuelos Family Changemaker Fellow. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, she holds a BBA from the University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley.
