Matthew Ruppert

Matthew Ruppert is the special assistant to the codirectors of the Brennan Center’s Liberty and National Security Program, providing research, scheduling, and administrative support. He was previously a legal assistant in the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Columbia. Ruppert graduated from Columbia University with a BA in political science and a concentration in human rights.
