Lisandra Novo

Lisandra Novo (Bluesky – LinkedIn) is Senior Law & Tech Advisor for the Strategic Litigation Project at the Atlantic Council. She leads work at the intersection of law and technology, including projects on cyber diplomacy, cybercrime, and spyware accountability. Previously, Novo was a judicial fellow at the International Court of Justice and a visiting professional at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. She also served as a Fulbright scholar in Spain where she conducted research on transitional justice.
