My Khanh Ngo

My Khanh Ngo (@tweetmyk) is a Staff Attorney at the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project, where she works on issues related to immigration detention and enforcement, access to asylum, and due process in removal proceedings. Prior to joining the ACLU, Ms. Ngo worked as a Liman Fellow and Immigration Defense Attorney at the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office. She then served as a law clerk for the Hon. Richard A. Paez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Ngo is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School.
