Blake Narendra (LinkedIn) is a national security and foreign policy professional with more than a decade of service across the Obama and Biden administrations. He has held senior positions at the Departments of Energy, State, and Homeland Security, in the U.S. Senate, and at the National Security Council. Most recently, he served as Special Advisor to Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan.

Blake’s work has centered on strategic stability, arms control, and congressional engagement. At the State Department, he supported implementation of the New START Treaty in the Bureau of Arms Control, Verification, and Compliance. On Capitol Hill, he advised Senators Edward J. Markey (D-MA) and Jeff Merkley (D-OR) and helped establish the Senate’s Nuclear Security Working Group. He later served as Director for Legislative Affairs at the National Security Council, where he led congressional strategy on key national security issues.

A proud Minnesotan—perennially disappointed by its sports teams—Blake holds a B.A. from Colorado College and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. He lives in Washington, D.C.
