Sanmay Moitra

Sanmay Moitra is a Research Assistant at Human Rights in Practice and is currently an Advanced LLM Candidate at Leiden University where his research focuses on IHL, international criminal law, self-determination, and transitional governance. He has previously studied international law at the University of Oxford and Georgetown University.
