Kelly Liu

Kelly (LinkedIn) is the Project Manager of the Rapid Response programme at Mnemonic, where she supports urgent human rights documentation efforts and oversees the incubation of new Archives. She previously worked as a journalist for over eight years and holds an M.A. in Human Rights, with a focus on international law and politics, from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
