He previously served as Deputy Health Policy Director for the Senate HELP Committee and as Senior Counsel for Healthcare to Senator Maggie Hassan. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Senate Finance Committee and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. He holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from Yale, and his writing has appeared in the Washington Post, Yale Law Journal, New England Journal of Medicine, and other publications.
