Riler Holcombe

Riler Holcombe is a J.D. candidate at Yale Law School and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he received both his M.P.A. with a concentration in Public Policy and his B.A. in Political Science. Riler is the Executive Notes Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation, a law student intern in the Peter Gruber Rule of Law Clinic, and a Ludwig Fellow in Public Sector Leadership.
