Avi Gupta (LinkedIn) is a J.D. Candidate at Yale Law School and a graduate of Stanford University, where he received his M.S. in Computer Science (AI specialization) and B.A. in Political Science (Phi Beta Kappa and with distinction). At Yale, Avi has served as an editor of the Yale Law Journal, a law student intern in the Peter Gruber Rule of Law Clinic and the Veterans Legal Services Clinic, and co-president of Yale’s chapter of the American Constitution Society. He is also a Ludwig Fellow in Public Sector Leadership and a Chae Fellow in Private Sector Leadership in the Tsai Leadership Program. During law school, Avi has interned with Munger, Tolles & Olson, Williams & Connolly, Susman Godfrey, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to law school, Avi worked on AI and social media policy at the White House, U.S. Senate, and Meta’s Oversight Board and on AI engineering at Facebook, IBM, and Intel.
