Tal Gross

Tal Gross (Linkedin) is an Associate Researcher at the Israel Democracy Institute and a National Security Law Scholar at Georgetown University Law Center. Previously, Tal served as and as an Associate Editor at EJIL: Talk! She also worked for the International Law Department of Israel’s Ministry of Justice, where she handled cross-border litigation cases, including litigation before the International Court of Justice. Tal holds a degree in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (LL.B.) and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.
