Julian Fernandez (LinkedIn) is a professor of public law at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (Centre Thucydide). Co-director of the Master’s program in Human Rights and International Justice, he is the author of numerous books and articles in the field of international criminal justice, asylum law, and international relations. Julian Fernandez also edits the “International Criminal Jurisdictions” column in the French Yearbook of International Law and he is one of the nine elected member of the Advisory Committee for the election of judges to the International Criminal Court (ASP).
