Adom M. Cooper (@HouseCoop) is an Operations Planning Specialist, High-Threat Programs (Bureau of Diplomatic Security) at the U.S. Department of State. He has work experience with the U.S. government, the United Nations, the American Society of International Law (ASIL), and private consulting firms. He has a JD from Syracuse University College of Law, a BA in Political Science and Communications from the University of Michigan, and study abroad experience in South Africa at the University of the Western Cape. He has published with the United Nations Population Fund, ASIL, and the International Law Association.
