Bowen Chang

Bowen Chang is an attorney based in Chicago. He is a recent graduate of Yale Law School and a former Student Staff Editor at Just Security. He is interested in international environmental law as it pertains to development and urbanization. Before law school, Bowen worked for three years coordinating the Marine Fisheries Partnership program at the University of Maine committed to the international exchange of best practices in fisheries, marine, and environmental conservation laws across the U.S., E.U., China, and other countries.
