Conner Bender (LinkedIn) is a nonresident fellow at the Modern War Institute and an artillery officer and electromagnetic warfare platoon leader in the U.S. Army. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in cyber operations from the University of Tulsa, where he was a Truman Scholar.
