Tracey Begley

Tracey Begley is a former Senior Advisor in the Office of Global Criminal Justice at the United States Department of State. Previously, she was the Deputy Head of the Legal Department for the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Regional Delegation for the United States and Canada. She has worked in Geneva, South Asia, Colombia and Guatemala, and as part of civil society efforts supporting the negotiations of the Convention on Cluster Munitions. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
