Tripp Zanetis

Tripp Zanetis (@tripp2811) is an officer in the United States Air Force. Before and during law school, he served as a Combat Rescue HH-60G helicopter pilot. His service includes deployments to Iraq (2011-12) and Afghanistan (2012-13) as well as multiple civilian Search and Rescue missions in the United States. He earned a BA from New York University in 2003 and will receive his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School in 2017. During his time at Stanford, Tripp researched the Israeli military court system as part of his work in the Stanford International Human Rights and Conflict Resolution Clinic. He will continue service in the New York Air National Guard while entering private practice as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City this fall. His legal interests include international humanitarian law, international dispute resolution, and white-collar litigation.
