
Schuyler Miller
Schuyler Miller (LinkedIn – Substack) was career civil servant in the U.S. State Department before being laid off in September 2025. He most recently served as a Policy Advisor for the State Department’s Coordinator on Global Anti-Corruption. As a Presidential Management Fellow (PMF), he held roles in the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs’s Office of Knowledge Management and Office of Global Programs and Policy, as well as the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Anti-Corruption Task Force and Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance. Before his time in government, he worked for the National Endowment for Democracy’s World Movement for Democracy. He received his MSc in International Politics as a Mitchell Scholar at Trinity College Dublin and a BA in Government and Foreign Affairs with honors from the University of Virginia.
